PCC recognises the risk associated with staff performing duties in the ‘soft-target’ environment. Increasingly offenders are targeting retail venues such as late-night convenience stores, supermarkets, service stations, hotels, sporting, gaming and betting venues.
PCC are proud to offer consultancy and service to government, local, state and Federal as well as the legal field where we’re often called upon to provide ‘expert opinion’ documents in legal matters and for a variety of clients, including coronial inquests.
The aviation industry presents unique working environments whereby staff are often called upon to manage difficult situations in confined spaces and without additional resources. The PCC training team are able to assist by providing communications, safety and tactics training to aircrew.
PCC develop capability for staff within the custodial, corrections and detention sectors. For corrections officers we develop crisis negotiation capability so that officers may respond to critical incidents.
PCC consultants and trainers have a long history in policing and law enforcement including spending many years in specialist training units within Victoria Police, New South Wales Police and the Australian Federal Police.
