The Incident controller program is 16 hours in duration and trains staff to perform level 2 incident control. Participant’s learn to work with an incident management team in response, resolution and recovery of critical incidents occurring or likely to occur within their working environments. The course adheres to the Attorney General’s ‘all agencies, all hazards’ approach and is in-line with AIIMS and ICCS Plus guidelines, employing functional management and management by objectives. This course is currently is use across the immigration network on and off-shore.
