For all health professionals, PCC provide both managers and first response code grey and code black training programs to equip staff to manage dangerous incidents of aggression within the health environment. Health staff working in medical clinics, suites, hospitals and emergency departments are increasingly faced with situations of aggression involving patients, visitors or other members of the public, sometimes armed and that require sound tactical skills, team work and proven negotiation strategy to resolve. PCC programs run between 4 and 16 hours depending on client needs and address this important need. All training is in-line with current government guidelines in training for the prevention of occupational violence and also includes specific client internal policy items as required. Other internal key messaging is often included in the delivery of the product.
