Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Adaptive Training Protocols

Coronavirus (COVID-19) –
Adaptive Training Protocols

The Pro-Com team are treating the coronavirus situation very seriously and have adopted several protocols in order to attend to our clients required training services.  As a training provider to corporate, government and many essential services clients we must be acutely aware of any signs and symptoms relating to novel coronavirus (COVID-19). In addition to closely monitoring the advice of Government and health professionals we are ensuring the following;

  • 1.5 meters distancing in class and during scenario training work. This may require larger spaces or smaller groups.
  • No physical contact during last resort defensive tactics and least restrictive practice training. Demonstrations by facilitation team only
  • Virtual reality sets and training equipment subject to anti-bacterial cleaning pre and during class
  • Amplified personal hygiene.

My team and I pride ourselves in the development of safety and capability in front-line staff and this starts with training delivery, being not only effective but also responsible, ensuring the health and safety of those we work with, our colleagues and clients alike.

I wish you all the very best through this challenging time.

Kind Regards
